The methods, qualitative data assessments (QDAs), models and systems referenced on this site are proprietary and are made available only inside paid or papered engagements.
Glossary
- Cost & Value Intelligence
- The powerabode philosophy: 100% of savings and value potential split into efficiency (40%), specification (30%), rates (20%) and unrecoverable (10%) - organised through the people who influence each category.
- Value Disk
- The proprietary map that names the influencers of cost and value in an operation and links each role to the category of value it controls.
- Extended Contract Management Team (ECMT)
- The eight to twelve stakeholders who use and influence a contract in execution - beyond the two or three formally appointed to manage it.
- Contract & Activity Cloud
- The working unit of powerabode systems: one primary contract and its supportive contracts, treated as one interdependent ecosystem. An asset runs up to fifty clouds.
- The Workbench
- The powerabode AI working environment for contracting and procurement: strategy, tendering, contract management, cost recovery and close-out - governed, traceable, operated inside the client's own environment.
- Codex
- The complete contracting, procurement and supply chain management system in seven volumes: processes, procedures, work instructions, templates and forms - off the shelf, adapted per organisation.
- CM+ (Contract + Context)
- The application that gives every user of a contract their own relevant, summarised manual - so the contract is executed as intended.
- Supply Chain by SLA
- powerabode services delivered as defined outputs against a service-level agreement - never as hours.
- Procurement Architecture
- The fixed-scope, fixed-fee tender product: drivers, scope, remuneration model, evaluation model and price book, delivered in weeks.
- G2G Deal Design
- Government-to-government advisory: commercial architecture, governance and compliance for sovereign energy and resource contracts, on the government's side of the table.
- PSA / PSC
- Production Sharing Agreement / Contract - the regime under which exploration and production cost is recovered against revenues.
- Cost recovery
- The process of offsetting incurred cost against revenues under a PSA/PSC or licence regime - decided by the quality of the file and its evidence.
- EVI
- The powerabode set of value-improvement analyses used inside the cost program to locate and quantify savings potential.
